History
Budapest Operation

Following an assassination attempt against General Dreykov at his Office in Budapest, which resulted in the severe injury of his daughter, Dreykov decided to initiate Taskmater Protocol. The protocol had been to save his daughter's life and weaponize her into a deadly assassin. He eventually succeeded in saving her life and developing the technology to that gave her the ability to mimic other peoples' fighting styles. He would force her to watch multiple videos of people to help learn their fighting style.[1]
Hunting Black Widow
When General Dreykov learned that Black Widow was in possession of the Red Dust, he sent Taskmaster to go and retrieve it. After failing to do so, he sent Taskmaster after her again in Budapest. Dreykov continued to send Taskmaster after Romanoff until Romanoff woke her up with the Red Dust, leaving her past behind and ending the program.[1]
